• Project data — text, images, files, and other content you provide during your sessions
• Usage data — basic analytics like page views and feature usage to improve the product

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to deliver your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or proprietary information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Specifically, we use your data to:

• Build and deliver the apps and content you request
• Communicate with you about your projects and account
• Improve the Like Magic platform

Proprietary & Confidential Information

We understand that you may share sensitive business information — brand assets, product details, customer data, Shopify store information, and other proprietary content. All proprietary data you submit is treated as confidential.

• Your content is scoped to your account and project — it is never shared with other users
• We do not use your proprietary content to train AI models
• Team members access your data only when necessary to deliver your project or provide support

Third-Party Services

To deliver our service, your data may be processed by:

• Anthropic (Claude API) — powers the AI that builds your projects. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. API usage is not used for model training.
• Stripe — processes payments. We never store your full card details.
• Hosting infrastructure — your projects are hosted on secure servers

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and your projects are hosted. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@trylikemagic.xyz. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls limiting who can view your information.

Changes

We may update this policy as our service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
